Terms of Use

These terms explain the permitted use of GELOR’s coming-soon website and launch signup service. In these terms, “GELOR”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of this website. Contact us at gelorapparel@gmail.com with questions.

1. Coming-soon service

This website introduces GELOR and the Indonesian Collection “Nusantara”. It does not currently accept orders or payments. Joining the email list is free and is not a purchase, pre-order, stock reservation or guarantee of access to a product.

Product concepts, imagery and launch information may change as the collection develops. Unless expressly confirmed, images are illustrative and no launch date, price or availability is guaranteed.

2. Email signup

Only submit an email address you control or are authorised to use. Selecting “Notify me” requests GELOR launch emails as explained beside the form. Browsing the site does not subscribe you. You can withdraw that request at any time by emailing gelorapparel@gmail.com.

Our Privacy Policy explains how signup details and other information are handled.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use this website unlawfully, submit other people’s details without permission, send spam, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts or data. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse or protect the service.

4. Brand and content

GELOR branding, designs, text and media belong to GELOR or their respective rights holders. You may browse the site and share links to it. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. Nothing here claims ownership of cultural traditions or material owned by others.

5. Availability and other services

We aim to keep the website available and its information accurate, but interruptions and errors can occur. Contact us if something appears incorrect. Third-party services and any linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability or remove any non-excludable consumer protections.

7. Future purchases

These are website-use terms, not terms of sale. Before this site accepts purchases, we will provide the relevant sales, shipping and returns information. Joining the launch list does not mean accepting future purchase terms.

8. Updates and contact
